Rack Armour® is the market-leading solution for the protection
of exposed pallet racking uprights, which are particularly vulnerable to impact
damage from vehicle traffic such as forklift trucks.
Manufactured
from ballistic grade high density polyethylene (HDPE), Rack Armour® is able to
deflect the vast majority of typical impacts that can occur in an industrial
warehouse environment.
The
internal foam layer means that impacts are absorbed and diffused, reducing any
potential damage to the racking as well as any people and vehicles around these
installations.
Rack Armour® is available in two different height options – 300mm and 600mm.
In
order to cater for all the various types of pallet racking in today’s
marketplace, Rack Armour® can be supplied in three different width profiles:
Euro A – fits most
racking types with a front face up to 87mm
Euro B – fits most racking types with a front face up to 100mm
Euro C – fits most racking types with a front face up to 120mm
